As a representative of your company, you can both comment on reviews of your product and reply to other comments. Whether to answer questions, add context or clarify something in a review from your POV, or just to thank a reviewer.
First, make sure you're logged in on your company account.
Then, navigate to the review in question. You should see a comment input field underneath.
Note that each comment 'costs' 10 sats to publish (this is the case for all Apollo users). To begin with, we credit all company accounts with 1000 sats so that in effect you have 100 'comment credits'.
