Invite your customers to write verified reviews

With Apollo you can Invite your customers to leave verified reviews via email.

1. Craft your invitation

First, draft the invitation email to your customers based on your own workflows. For example as part of a marketing campaign, or when resolving support tickets - whatever makes sense for you.

In the email invitation, the 'call to action' should drive customers to visit your company's dedicated landing page on Apollo. (This is provided in your company portal).

• e.g. "Leave us a review on Apollo here"
• Your landing page URL will look like this: heyapollo.com/product-invite?product=example

2. Include the special BCC email address

In your company portal, navigate to 'Get Reviews'

There, you will see your 'BCC link', to include in invitation emails.

Copy and paste this email address into the email invitations you send to customers. This will let us know who has been invited, and we will whitelist those customers. Their reviews will then be 'verified' on Apollo, and will be displayed with a 'Verified Reviewer' badge.
